The girlfriend of a Cardiff teenager who is set to be deported to Afghanistan travelled to London today to request a judicial review.
After hours of uncertainty, we have received reports Bashir Naderi has been granted an injunction allowing him to stay in the UK for two weeks while his case is considered.
His case had been raised at Home Office questions in the House of Commons by Cardiff West MP Kevin Brennan.
