Kevin Brennan MP recently visited Leonard Cheshire's Can Do project in Canton to talk about politics and the importance of voting in elections.
The Can Do project helps young people who are disabled to lead more independent lives and be socially active in their community by volunteering.
"It was great to meet the people taking part in the Can Do project and learn how they've developed new skills and become more confident thanks to the project," said Kevin.
"One of the things they are trying to do is raise awareness on issues that are important to them which is why I came along to talk about how politics and voting can help.
"The team there provide an important service and I look forward to returning in the future to see how everyone is progressing."
